The challenge
The client needed a complete first-fix wiring layout for a three-storey home, including a dedicated circuit plan for a home cinema room and cove lighting throughout the living areas, on a tight construction schedule.
Our solution
Our team chased and routed conduit alongside the plumbing team to avoid clashes, installed a labelled distribution board per floor, and pre-wired every ceiling feature before plastering began.
The result
The building passed electrical inspection on the first visit, and the client was able to move lighting and switch positions during snagging without any rewiring.
